1. Membership Overview

Membership to Travel Passion is complimentary and available by registration.

It provides access to a curated environment designed for those who value a more considered approach to travel, including:

• The Luxury Travel Library
• Invitation-only events and gatherings
• A community of like-minded travellers
• Personal travel planning and guidance

Membership is intended to create a calm, respectful, and inspiring space for exploring travel ideas.

Restrictions

• membership is limited to over 25's only
• membership will not be approved to any person working or operating a business in the travel industry

2. Our Role and Your Booking

Travel Passion is an inspiration and advisory platform.

We do:

• Provide ideas, guidance, and journey planning
• Facilitate conversations and recommendations

We do not:

• Sell travel
• Take payment for travel
• Enter into contracts for travel arrangements

All travel is sold and booked through GoCruise & Travel, where Darrin Chadwick operates as a licensed franchisee.

Your contract, payment, and financial protection are with the selling travel provider.

3. Financial Protection

When you choose to book:

• Flight-inclusive holidays are protected by ATOL
• Other packages are protected by ABTA where applicable

You will receive confirmation and relevant documentation directly from GoCruise & Travel.

4. Use of the Luxury Travel Library

Members are welcome to browse and borrow from the Travel Passion Library.

Guidelines:

• Books may be borrowed for an agreed period (typically 1-2 weeks)
• Items should be returned in good condition
• Members are responsible for lost or damaged items and may be charged for replacement
• Borrowing will be paused if items are not returned
• A non return, loss or damage charge of £20 per item may be applied

The library is curated for shared use and enjoyment.

5. Events and Gatherings

Events are:

• Small, curated, and designed for meaningful conversation
• Intended to inspire, not to sell

Members are expected to:

• Respect the format and other attendees
• Engage positively and constructively
• Confirm attendance and provide notice if unable to attend

Places may be limited to maintain the quality of experience.

6. Community Conduct

Travel Passion is built on shared interest and mutual respect.

Members are expected to:

• Be courteous and considerate to others
• Share ideas in a positive and open manner
• Respect differing travel styles and perspectives

We reserve the right to withdraw membership where behaviour is inconsistent with these principles.

7. Planning and Advice

Guidance and planning support are provided as part of membership.

Members should note:

• All travel ideas are subject to availability and change
• Final pricing and booking terms are confirmed only by GoCruise & Travel
• No travel arrangements exist until formally booked

8. Liability and Responsibility

Travel Passion:

• Is not responsible for the provision of travel services
• Does not accept liability for travel arrangements

Responsibility for your holiday lies with the selling travel provider, as detailed in your booking confirmation.

9. Membership Status

Membership:

• Is personal and non-transferable
• May be updated or refined as the concept evolves
• May be withdrawn at our discretion
• Is for over 25's only
• Is not permitted for any one working or operating a travel business.

We aim to maintain a high-quality environment for all members.
